Using this website

You’re welcome to browse this site and use it to request a free estimate. The content here — text, photos, our logo — belongs to L&N Painters LLC. Please don’t copy it for commercial use without asking.

Estimates

An estimate from our website or over the phone is a good-faith approximation based on what you tell us. The final, fixed price for any job is the one we agree on in writing after seeing the project in person. Until both of us sign a work agreement, no estimate creates a contract.

Scheduling and cancellations

Appointment times are commitments we take seriously. If you need to cancel or reschedule, a call or text at least 24 hours ahead is much appreciated and lets us offer the slot to another homeowner.

Calls and texts

When you ask for an estimate and agree to be contacted, we may reply by call or text from (414) 731-3654 about that request — nothing more. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, or tell us on the phone and we’ll note it on your request.

Warranty

Workmanship on completed projects is warranted for two years from completion when we supplied both labor and materials, covering peeling, blistering, or chipping caused by our prep or application. The warranty is void if another party alters, washes under pressure, or paints over our work, or if failure comes from structural issues, moisture intrusion, or previously existing conditions we flagged in writing before starting. Manufacturer warranties on paints and stains apply separately through the maker.

Liability

L&N Painters LLC carries general-liability insurance. Our responsibility for any claim related to work we performed is limited to the amount we were paid for that project. We’re not responsible for indirect damages — for example, lost time or travel costs.

Changes to these terms

If we update this page, the new effective date at the top reflects the change. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
