What the estimate form collects

When you submit our free-estimate form, we receive:

• What you type: your name, phone number, city or ZIP, the service you’re interested in, your timeline, roughly when your home was built (a lead-paint question we ask on every job), how you heard about us, any optional notes you add, your email address, if you choose to give it, and whether you ticked the optional box agreeing to calls and texts.
• What’s attached automatically: UTM parameters (small tags that tell us how you found us — for example a mailer, a yard sign, or a search), a submission ID (a random reference number for your specific request), and a short code recording which version of the calls-and-texts wording was on the page when you sent it.

That’s all. The form doesn’t ask for payment card numbers or your street address (anything you type into the notes box is sent as you wrote it).

Why we collect it

One reason: to respond to the estimate you asked for — replying by call or text, answering questions, and scheduling a look at your project if you’d like one. Nothing else.

Who sees it

• Us, L&N Painters LLC.
• A third-party form-service provider that delivers your submission to us.
• A text-messaging (SMS) provider, used when we text you about your estimate.

That’s the whole list. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with anyone for advertising or marketing.

How long we keep it

In plain terms: as long as it’s useful, and no longer. Estimate inquiries are normally deleted within a year. If you hire us, we keep your contact details with your job records so we can stand behind our written workmanship warranty and take care of anything that comes up after the job.

How to have it deleted

Call or text (414) 731-3654, tell us the phone number you used on the form, and we’ll delete your information and confirm when it’s done.

Terms of contact (calls and texts)

We may call or text you about the estimate you requested — that includes our reply, scheduling, and brief follow-ups about your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. The text-consent box on our form is optional and unchecked by default, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP.

Changes to this page

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
